Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Italy and, potentially, within the EU, using reliable couriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and method.

Delivery times are estimates (usually 2-5 working days in Italy) and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to couriers, customs, strikes, or force majeure (pursuant to Article 1463 of the Italian Civil Code).

Upon shipment, we will send you a tracking number. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier, pursuant to Article 1510 of the Italian Civil Code.

In case of Products damaged upon delivery, document with photos and contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

For non-EU shipments, you may incur customs duties; we recommend checking local regulations.
