Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Italy and, potentially, within the EU, using reliable couriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and method.

Delivery times are estimates (usually 3-5 working days in Italy) and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to couriers, customs, strikes, or force majeure (pursuant to Article 1463 of the Italian Civil Code).

Upon shipment, we will send you a tracking number. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier, pursuant to Article 1510 of the Italian Civil Code.

In case of Products damaged upon delivery, document with photos and contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

For non-EU shipments, you may incur customs duties; we recommend checking local regulations.

Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

As a consumer (pursuant to Article 3 of the Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving any reason, by notifying us via email at fabio@abcuddle.com.

However, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, if they have been opened after delivery. This includes diapers, changing pads, pacifiers, baby bottles, and cosmetic products. We accept returns of these items only if the packaging is sealed and intact.

For other Products (e.g., clothing or toys), returns are possible if the goods are intact, unused, and in their original packaging. The costs of the return are at your expense, unless the product is defective.

To verify legal compliance: Article 59 of the Consumer Code expressly excludes the right of withdrawal for opened hygienic goods, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Our European competitors apply similar policies, limiting returns to unopened packages, as confirmed by market practice.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send your notification within 14 days; return the Products within a further 14 days. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method, deducting any diminished value of the goods.

We do not refund original shipping costs. In the case of a partial Order, we will refund proportionally.

If the Products are defective, we apply the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery. Contact us for repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranties and Liability for Defects

In addition to the right of withdrawal, we provide the legal guarantee against defects of conformity. If a Product does not match the description or is defective, you are entitled to:

  • Free repair or replacement;
  • A price reduction;
  • Termination of the Contract and a refund.

You must report the defect within 2 months of its discovery, and within 26 months of delivery. We do not cover damage from improper use, wear and tear, or negligence.

For cosmetic products, we comply with EU Regulation 1223/2009; for toys, Directive 2009/48/EC. We do not guarantee therapeutic effects.
